Rates
Initial 90-minute assessment and evaluation: $300.00
Individual or couple 45–55-minute sessions: $225.00
Group sessions: $60:00
Telemedicine 45-minute sessions $225.00 (Paid in advance)
Phone consultations, emails requiring immediate response and text conversations for other then making appointments is as follows:
$50.00 for first 15 minutes to be paid in advance.
Additional time is billed at $4.00/min

Free Introduction and consultation
Thirty (30) minute introduction and consultations are offered free of charge as scheduling permits.
There is a $75.00 deposit required for free consultation. To avoid this charge please keep your appointment or if you need to cancel do so the day before your scheduled appointment.

Other reduced fee services are available on an individual basis. This should be discussed as early as feasible with your therapist.
INTERN PROGRAM (IF AVAILABLE)
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE INTERN PROGRAM, YOU ARE ILLEGABLE FOR REDUCED RATE OF $100.00 PER SESSION. THIS IS $75.00.00 OFF THE REGULAR RATE.

Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR SERVICES UNTIL INSURANCE ELIGIBILTY IS CONFIRMED AND FIRST CLAIM IS PAID. ALL FEES PAID BY CLIENT WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL WHEN INSURANCE AND FIRST CLAIM IS PAID. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY $90.00 PER SESSION UNTIL INSURANCE IS VERIFIED.

Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment or you did not cancel your appointment the day before you will be required to pay an $85.00 no show fee. Insurance does not cover missed sessions.
