Commitment and motivation are key to recovery. The intensity of the program is designed to disrupt the usual daily or weekly routine that leads to "acting out "behavior.  It also takes advantage of the current crisis and resulting motivation to change. The goal is to create a daily routine of recovery behavior that has a positive impact on your life and the life of those close to you.
