$160 per 50-minute session
$45.00 for group sessions
$75.00 for 30 minute phone or on line counseling. (Paid in advance)

Free Introduction and consultation

Thirty (30) minute introduction and consultations are offered free of charge as scheduling permits.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a individual basis. This should be discussed as early as feasible with your therapist.

Insurance
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

             Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us the day before your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance does not cover missed sessions. You can cancel by calling, texting or by email.
